  1. Guide to Uploading Videos For staff needing to upload and save videos of students per Agency policy: AR7245b

  2. 1. Login to Staff Employment Data (where you input your calendar)

  3. 2. Once in, click on “File Storage.”

  4. 3. Once on the screen, click on “Add a File” to upload a new file.

  5. Upload your file by clicking the “Browse.. .” button. Select the file from your computer and click “Open”

  6. 4. Complete the fields. (Each field explained in detail in following slides).

  7. Complete the remaining fields. When finished click “Save Changes” Purpose: why is this being recorded? Could be a simple explanation like: documenting progress on IEP goal. Use: again, simple explanation like: PM, evaluation, etc. Published: if this is going to be placed on a website, DVD, instructional aid, etc. it must be documented here. If not, leave blank or type “NONE.”

  8. View a summary of your entry by clicking on the “File Storage” button.

  9. You will see your file with summary information. To re-open the file, simply click on the field using your mouse. To view your video file, move your cursor over the word “open” under “File” and click to view your movie.
