  6. Table of Contents Table of Contents Make this table 3 times, on the front and the back of this 1st page, and then the front of the next page. Date Entry Page

  7. Numbering pages It is important that everyone numbers their pages correctly. • The back of a page (the left side), will always be numbered with even numbers. • The front of a page (the right side), will always be numbered with odd numbers.

  8. After completing the 3 Tables of Contents, turn to the first blank page on the right. In the top corner, number that page 1. Turn the page and on the back, number 2. Continue numbering your pages through page 10. 1
