Graduate Student Association Presents Fall Hay-Rack Ride Join us for an evening of FUN Hay-Rack ride followed by a BonFire Shady Lane Ranch Friday, October 20th Bus pick up – Student Life Center – 5:10pm Bus drop off – Student Life Center – 11:00pm (In case of rain/ snow, event will be cancelled. Also feel free to drive on your own.)

  2. Hayrack ride at 6:00pm, bonfire thereafter. • GSA will provide food, water, and soft drinks. This is a BYOB event. • You can ride on the bus or drive there on your own. If you need a map contact Ash. • Remember to bring warm clothes. • There will be two sign-up sheets. One is for attendance at the bonfire and the other for the hayrack ride. Please make sure you sign both sheets.

  3. Message from Ash • Heres right down to the nitty gritty !   • Hay Rack Ride is less than 1 week away ! Here are some details. The bus to take us all down to Shady Lanes, Iowa will leave the UNMC Student Parking lot at 5:10 pm on the dot to take students to the ranch. The hay ride starts at 6pm and lasts an hour. All those riding the hay racks will need to sign the sign-up sheet before getting on the racks (so please sign up either on the bus or at the ranch). Also students attending the bon-fire right after will need to sign in as well (different sign up sheet). [Sorry for being so picky.. bear with me]. • The bon-fire will start right after the hay ride. GSA will provide food (hot dogs for the meat lovers and some kind of vegetarian food for the vegetarians:) ! Also there will be a variety of chips/ condiments and of course SMORES :) and sodas. Once again this is a BYOB event (If you have any questions/ suggestions, please feel free to contact me at aprakas@unmc.edu). If you are bringing your own drinks, it is the ranch policy that only cans are allowed so please AVOID bottles of any kind ! • The bus will leave Shady Lanes at around 11pm to bring students back to UNMC. Once back on campus, for those that live off campus, it is now your responsibility to get home safely. The bus service will only take us back to the UNMC student parking lot.
