Varón 36 años • AP: contraste yodado, anafilaxia por hipersensibilidad a Anisakis y fibrosis retroperitoneal idiopática con varices y úlceras vasculares secundarias en EEII. • Edema palpebral y lesiones papuloeritematosas fijas en extremidades superiores. Tras aplicación de Aloe natural tal cual en EEII para su problema vascular, que remitió al suspender el uso. • Aplicación directa en el área facial, presentando edema y eritema local.
