  3. 1. Login to joker • Login to joker.am.ics.keio.ac.jp with SSH • [acaXXXXX] is your user account 2. type [yes] 3. Input your password

  4. 2. Change your default password • After your first login, you should change your default password. • type [passwd] to change your password 2. type your default password(invisible) 3. retype your new password(invisible)

  5. 3. Get documents and the toolkit • Documents and the toolkit is at [/etc/celldoc/] in joker • change directory to /etc/celldoc/ 2. you will find a toolkit (toolkit-X.Y.Z.tar.gz) and documents in PDF formats.

  6. 4. Get toolkit • change directory to your home directory 2. Copy and decompress the toolkit file 3. list of the toolkit files

  7. 5. Preparing execution • Makefile : modify [RELATIVE PATH] to [toolkit-1.0.0] (relative path to binary file from your home directory) Modify this to use different machines (spade, club, diamond) 2. spe.h : edit and change [ABSOLUTE PATH] to the output of command “pwd”

  8. 6. Compile • Type [make] to compile source codes

  9. 7. Test Run • Binary file can be executed by these 2 commands 5 parameter sets are prepared for evaluation in Makefile performance of the program (this does not guarantee that the result is correct) accuracy : Error is the difference between your result and ideal value. These values depends on the values of a prepared parameter set.

  10. 8. Developing Environment • Following tools is set up in Joker • Emacs • vi • Cell SDK ver.3.0.0.3
