START Logon 1.To Begin log on to the website via one of these two links: www.marblefallsrotaryclub.org or www.clubrunner.ca/marblefalls 2. You will come to the Home Page 3. Left click the “Login” Symbol on the top right corner of the site

Type User name and Password b. if you have lost it or need help to rest contact your webmaster at info@marblefallsrotary.org your name ******* 5. You will be brought back to the Home Screen From here you may navigate the website All the major Activities will you need are on the My Clubrunner Menu which may be accessed by clicking “Member Area” 6. The Home page now has “Your Name, Member Area and Logout” in white on the right top bar you can go back and forth using left click here Your name 2. The top bar is self explanatory . Explore each if you are looking for the club calendar, club stories in the past or Club photos of activities 3. These 3 sections on the upper to middle left contain important information you can use for weekly activity. Lets take a look at each section . 4. If you make up a meeting there are two ways . Visit another club anywhere in the world using the club locator ! Or via on line E-Club . There are two e-club links one takes you to this screen which you can make up a meeting via EClub One from District 5450 The other takes you to Southwest USA E Club

Trying to sign up a new member let them find out about Rotary thorough the RI website And if you loose this Tutorial it is always here on the site 6. Here are where copies of the clubs “Blue Card”, which is an overview of being a member of our club , and the RI New Member proposal form which must be filled out by a proposing member and the new member then given to the Clubs Secretary. 7. You should be here 3. More help if you need it ! 4. Here is the Menu, let’s review the major menu items you may be using on a frequent basis.

This picture is of the Settings tabs where you may change your password. It also revels your site access level most members have a 70 level don’t forget to save! Your Name 70 10. Finally here is the privacy tab which will allow you to keep certain information in your profile private.

To next Upload your new photo click the “choose file" button here 13. Browse through your files on your hard drive. Normally they are found on “My Pictures” but yours may be different My Pictures 14. Double click on the picture you want and it will be automatically be uploaded to the website

It will look like this Pull down the Template menu and highlight “Mailing Labels-Home” Your Name Your Name Your Name 18. Now left click the “View Word” button here

Here is a very important menu item “ Email Message Center” especially if you are communicating with multiple members or sending out a broadcast e-mail to all members 22. Once you left click you will be sent to this screen. Then if you need to set up a special distribution list left click here. “Edit Custom Distribution Lists” Note You can get back to the My Clubrunner Menu always click the “Admin”

Check all the members you wish here 26. Don’t forget to save here 27. Your new list will be here My Committee 28. Then click Go Back

Now compose your message Memo to committee We are having a meeting at 1 pm on Wednesday at the Inn See you there. Your name 31. Just left double click the document you wish to open 37. To get back to the My Clubrunner Menu always click the “Admin”

You will come to the screen which has your billings and outstanding balance 40. Type in the amount you wish to pay 41. Finally Click the Make a Payment Button
