Creating the Map Tool: METHOD • What is the best way to identify “routes” • What is the best way to represent this “traffic”? • Identifying the ‘routes’ to map, via a range of cross- disciplinary cultural taxonomies. • Data collection: questionnaires, interviews. • Qualitative evaluation. Nvivo software analysis. • How to describe and present the routes? The core methodology centred on will be the idea of ‘mapping’, as a cartographical metaphor. • Impact testing and creating a legacy for 3 existing groups; with the Paston Heritage Society, Pathways to History Collective and tbc. • The map will also be evaluated by 3 lecturers (each from different disciplines) for its academic impact.

  5. ACTIVITIES • Research into Humanities' cultural mapping projects and conceptual mapping software models, such as: Coogle, WakkaWiki or MindMup. Digital Impact analysis via TIDSR • Questionnaires for 18 community groups, interviews with 10 groups • Analysis of outputs from 20 groups (10 UEA, 10 Cambridge) • Design of themapping tool • 3 impact case studies • Launch of mapping tool with community groups • OUTPUTS • Mapping tool • Blog posts of qualitative analysis of co-production processes • Evaluation templates • PUBLICATIONS • 3 case studies • IMPACT • Future community and co-produced projectswith HEIs.
