  4. Access Group details Click link to access Group members

  7. Course Enrollment through Edit User • My Items -> Groups – select Group ( by clicking Group Name) - Members Tab– Edit User • Edit user – Course Session Enrollment tab

  8. Course enrollment - 2 2 1 Step 1 - Select a course Step 2 - add to right box Step 3 – Click Enroll 3

  9. Enroll multiple user to course session/program session • Group -> members tab – select the users for enrollment. • Click link “Enroll members to Course Session” for Course enrollment OR “Enroll Members to Program Sessions” for Certification Programs. • If want to enroll all members, don’t select any user [ Warning popup appears to confirm ‘want to enroll all members’]

  11. Extend Course Session Access Date • Group- Members Tab • Edit User • Course Session Enrollment Tab – Edit Details link for a course, Change End Date and Save.

  12. Allow More Test Attempts • Group- Members Tab • Click User Name • Click Course Name from Course Sessions tab

  13. Allow More Test Attempts • Scroll to bottom of user’s course where tests are located • Click Allow More

  15. Send Password Reset email • Member’s list – edit member • Edit User - User Information tab

  16. Removing Group Members • Select the user from the list and click on the Remove Members button select Remove

  17. Add members to group • Click on the Add members button • From the next page, search for the users • Select the specific users from results list and click on Add to Group Search from site users select select

  18. Learner’s Course Completion Status • Group Member’s list – Edit User • Course Session Enrollment tab – shows Completed/In progress Courses

  20. Learner’s Report for a course • For a Course – get all enrolled group members status • Increase Page Size and Download the report course group
