European/ National Qualification Frameworks and Lifelong Guidance Common issues; • Education system(s) must be transparent for the end-users • Citizens in all age: • Youth • Adults • For the companies / employers too as they are one of the user of these services! • LLL relates to „patchwork careers” and transitions in the labour market and in the society (e.g. flexicurity & safety of transitions, education – career portfolios) Challenges; • We do not have one single education system nor in the MS neither at the EU level • Users are lost in transitions… like this: Dr. Borbély-Pecze Tibor Borsborbelytibor@lab.hu
