Here is one example: INGREDIENTS • Main ingredients • Lemon • Onion • Phyto-greens • Fruit • E.g. apricot • Meat • E.g. floss of chicken, fish, or livestock • Mustard • Bread slices You need a nifty blender which does not hassle you with too much cleaning.

BLEND THEM TOGETHER Good for 2 persons INGREDIENTS Creativity is • Main ingredients • Lemon 2 slices • Onion ½ bulb • Phyto-greens • Ulam rajah 6 fronds • Daun Kaduk 6 leaves • Gynura 12 leaves • Chinese mint 1 fistful • Mulberry 6 leaves • Fruit 2 mini-apricots • Meat (optional) • E.g. floss of 1 spoonful • chicken, fish, or • livestock • Mustard 1 spoonful • Water 50 ml the way to go..

  14. Voila, YOU GOT IT ! Just add clean water for the right consistency; and churn out a smooth delicious bread spread. You are not barred from adding fresh onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and chunks of meat. E-N-J-O-Y good health.

  15. You will find that phyto-greens suggested here are not the food-on-the-table commercial greens but the herbal greens which are seldom grown in farm vegetables. These are rich in chlorophyll and survive in the wild against adversities such as soil microbes. Thus, they are like mini-laboratories of anti-fungal, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial goodness.
