    4. New directive, more stringent standards, approximately twice as strict as current ones. Come into effect in 2015. EA responsible for ensuring all bathing waters meet the required standard of sufficient & this is what partnership is working towards. But also want to achieve Excellent for as many as poss. Impacts on bathing water quality from many different sources, some YW assets and in other areas not.
