VOCATIONAL EDUCATION & TRAINING • Identification of the right skills and competencies as required by the industry and employers stays at the heart of all the various vocational education & training supported by SSDF. The SSDF Training Need Analysis (TNA) is the continuous process that runs throughout the year and it greatly helps in identifying the training and development needs for any subject trade. It also helps the R&D section to propose new training areas and activities.

YOUTH EMPLOYMENT & ENTREPRENEURSHIP • SSDF works for youth development though different activities and interventions including social, ethical, emotional, physical and cognitive competence building. Various programmes have been organized and executed to help and engage youth towards a better and progressive society.

  5. GENDER EQUALITY • Gender equality and women empowerment has been our core objective since the inception of the organization. SSDF focuses on catering local needs and at the initial stages, working to offer all those opportunities to our society to alleviate poverty, which are currently unavailable due to innumerable reasons. Various techniques are adopted for advocacy and guidance of less vulnerable society / women including:

ENVIRONMENT SUSTAINABILITY We work on conducting training workshops to create awareness about environment, especially to incorporate the use and techniques of recycling products and their benefits. SSDF is keen at attaining a sustainable future for our generation to come. As part of our advocacy and awareness we optimize public perception and information on general habits of people. Paper product should not be wasted and any dominants should not be declared in trash rather it should be treated for recycle procedure.

  8. CULTURAL PRESERVATION We aim at working for poverty alleviation in order to develop a sustainable environment. It emphasizes on women empowerment and youth development that promises to have a great impact at National level.

  9. CONSULTANCY FOR TVET & CORPORATE • Technical and Vocational Education and Training is education and training that provides knowledge and skills for employment. It uses formal, non-formal and informal learning ways and is recognised to be a crucial vehicle for social equity, inclusion and sustainable development.
