  2. Prior to developing/revising any materials, contact the State identified coordinator who is affiliated with the particular area that you want to publish in. Determine whether or not other resources on the subject matter already exist, by doing a search using the National 4-H directory and looking at other state 4-H program resource lists. Decide which route to proceed. Explore Existing Resources Yes No

Complete the Intent to Publish form and submit it to Helen Pease helen.pease@oregonstate.edu, for review by the State curriculum committee

  6. Determine vehicle for publishing EESC (Extension and Experiment Station Coomunications) State 4-H office or Complete EESC proposal form and work with EESC editors Publish on EESC and link to Oregon 4-H website

  7. Publishing with State office Work with Publications manager on layout, branding, etc and with state content person on content Utilize National 4-H curriculum development tools, if appropriate Have draft publication peer reviewed . Revise if necessary Publish on State 4-H website!
