  1. IDEA CHALLENGE SUMMURY EXECUTION RESULTS To develop a younger audience and supporter base, who want to actively engage with Sense International, to form the next generation of supporters. To increase the number web-site and social media channel’s visitors. PROBLEM In many countries deafblindness is not understood, service are non-existent and deafblind people and their families struggle on in difficult circumstances. There are 1 billion people living in the world and 80% live in developing countries. Despite this, there is no mention of disability in the current Millennium Development Goals, which are agreed by the international community as a way of tacking global poverty or in supporting indicators which measures their success. CONCLUSION The problem of deafblind people is being ignored. Nobody cares.

  2. IDEA CHALLENGE SUMMURY EXECUTION RESULTS TARGET AUDIENCE Core target audience is active British young people aged 18 to 25: students, graduates and these who recently complete their education. They are just beginning their adult life and are deeply interested in the development and career. In European countries and the UK unemployment is a huge problem. In the UK the number of people claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance in May 2014 fell by 27,400 to 1,09 million, the Office of National Statistics said. There is tough competition between young specialists, so while seeking for a job they break their neck to make a good impression on the employer.

  3. IDEA CHALLENGE SUMMURY EXECUTION RESULTS INSIGHT Students, as well as the world community, are indifferent to the problem of deafblindness. However they are indifferent to their own future, that’s why it’s really matters to them to make a good impression and to appear better then they are, because their future depends on it. IDEA Change your attitude towards the people with deafblindness, and people’s opinion of you will improve. STARATEGY To get in touch a person when he/she is especially anxious to make good impression on an employer and even to appear better then he/she is.

  4. IDEA CHALLENGE SUMMURY EXECUTION RESULTS Every day lots and lots of people, and especially of young people, are seeking for a job. Totaljobs (www.totaljobs.com) – over 4 800 000 jobseekers every month Fish for jobs (www.fish4.co.uk) – 69 143 jobseekers every month www.jobsite.co.ukwww.jobs.co.uk etc. We work with these key British online resources dedicated to job searching.

  5. IDEA CHALLENGE SUMMURY EXECUTION RESULTS JOB SEARCH We intergrade into a site a special button “To improve the CV”. It appears at the stage when a person creates his/her own CV. After the user has pressed the button an additional block “About me” appears in the CV with the following text: “I take an active citizenship. I support deafblind people and their families – www.senseinternational.org.uk”. Next to the text the logo of the Sense International and the message “Change your attitude towards people with deafblindness, and people’s opinion of you will improve” will be placed. *these mechanics can be more targeted. The “To improve the CV” button will appear in CVs of those who indicated age is 18 to 25. To improve the CV About me I take an active citizenship. I support deafblind people and their families – www.senseinternational.org.uk Change your attitude towards people with deafblindness, and people’s opinion of you will improve

  6. IDEA CHALLENGE SUMMURY EXECUTION RESULTS FACEBOOK After the CV has been created the user receives an additional hint message in the form of pop-up window: “About 80% of HRs look through social media accounts of jobseekers. If you want the information of your account to be in accordance with your CV, you can “like” the Sense International page on Facebook and, by doing so, prove your active citizenship”.

  7. IDEA CHALLENGE SUMMURY EXECUTION RESULTS WHY BIG JOB SEARCH WEB-SITES WILL WORK WITH US WITH MINIMUM BUDGET? Because due to our communication and by supporting us this resources will assert themselves as socially responsible resources. Thus they will increase the loyalty of their audience for whom such issues are important and topical. And such audience includes the overwhelming majority of today’s young people who are the target audience of job searching resources.

  8. IDEA CHALLENGE SUMMURY EXECUTION RESULTS WHEN TO EXECUTE THE CAMPAIGN? There are two times in the year when people search for job actively – the end of summer and the beginning of winter. So, it’s the most effective way to execute the campaign during one of these periods.

  9. IDEA CHALLENGE SUMMURY EXECUTION RESULTS We not only increase the amount of new visitors of the site and Facebook page of Sense International, we also breed a new generation of ambassadors who will declare the problem of deafblind people and spread the idea and mission of Sense International. *adaptations of this campaign can be executed in different countries, not only in the UK.
