  2. Updates • Release 4.06 scheduled for August 21 @ 3:30 to 6pm ET. • Compliance with Revised HUD data standards • Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) data collection • Does not affect PATH assessment • Changes some items in universal data elements DYNS Services Inc.

  3. Client Point • Name: added full middle name instead of middle initial • Date of Birth: added a new picklist to accompany DOB entry • Full DOB reported • Approximate or Partial DOB Reported • Don’t Know • Refused DYNS Services Inc.

Update cont’d • Race & ethnicity: added “Refused” and “Don’t Know” • Zip code type: revise picklist to indicate full or partial zip code • New housing status data element with new picklist: • Literally homeless • Housed and at imminent risk of losing housing • Housed and at-risk of losing housing • Stably housed • Don’t Know • Refused DYNS Services Inc.

Income • Income and sources: • New data element “Income received from any source in past 30 days” • If “yes” then user should record at least on source of income via the Add button on Monthly Income sub assessment • Receiving income source? • Total monthly income • Non cash benefits (new) • Non cash benefits received form any source in past 30 days • Receiving benefit DYNS Services Inc.

Prepare • Verify data quality for PATH participants during FY 09 (10/1/2008 to 9/30/2009) • Is there a program entry (PATH or BASIC) • Is there a valid ROI • Have all the PATH assessment questions been answered • Client demographics complete (DOB, gender, ethnicity) • Run the PATH report and compare to internal records.
