Task 1: Evaluation of concrete user applications • Cases to be evaluated: • WP 4 - Intermodal Transport • WP 5 - Logistic systems in raw material cargo • WP 6 - Hinterland rail connection • WP 7 - Transport logistics via Feeder Shipping • Questions: • What are the objectives of the pilot? • What is being done? • Who is involved in the pilot (internal and external)? • What makes the implementation interesting for the company? • Which working processes are influenced? • How is the user acceptance and customs satisfaction? • etc.
