  2. About The Institute Parent Body – NKES The National Kannada Education Society (NKES) has a long and proven record in the field of Education. It was founded in 1939, at the behest of Bharatratna, Sir. M. Visvesvaraya, the then Dewan of Princely State Mysore. The society was started by Sri. R. D. Char, CMD M/s. Standard Batteries Ltd., M/s IAEC Ltd., M/s. MEI Ltd., M/s. Fuel Injections Ltd., Sri. R. V. Murthy, Editor, “Commerce” & a social scientist. Sri. M. R. Varadarajan, Chief Engg., Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd. “NKES mission is Empowerment with Education.”

Our Program • Master in Management Studies (MMS) (Admisiones open 2012-2014 ) • Affiliated to University of Mumbai • Approved by AICTE  • Two year MMS Degree program is offered by SVIMS • Marketing Management • Finance Management • HR Management • Operations Management (022-24180560) Eligibility criteria for students applying for MMS program at SVIMS • Graduate degree (Aggregate 50% and above ) • CET score (written test above 30) • Passing marks after converted by DTE :- CMAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT 

  4. Our Program FDP (Faculty Development Program)  Introduces 4 Months FDP Program designed for faculties interested in persuing Ph.d. Classes to be held only on Sundays between 10am to 5pm.022-24180560 • Prepare for Entrance Test and Interview for any University as per UGC guidelines. • 4 Months Extensive Research program on Sunday only (10am to 5pm). • Interact with Research Guides of various Indian Universities. • Learn advanced quantitative techniques, Research Methodology fromexperts. • Get in-house help to publish two research papers in internationally reputed journals. • Learn use of computers in research including Excel, SPSS, MATLAB. • Get PG Certificate in Research Techniques. Eligibility : • Faculties working university recognized OR aided colleges desirous of doing Ph.d.
