Sistema integrado de cooperación técnica y financiera Armonización de políticas sobre PI Adecuación jurídica del CAFTA a nuestras necesidades específicas ¿A qué nos obligan los cambios?

  3. Impedir sanciones por incumplimiento involuntario de los acuerdos del CAFTA que sobrevengan por motivo de insuficiencia de fondos o recursos para su observancia Declarar incompatible la imposición unilateral de sanciones como la Priority Watch List Qué podemos exigir ahora:

  4. REFLEXION • No diabolizar el TLC, es un medio y no un fin • Generar sistemas legales flexibles y dinámicos • Procurar un equilibrio entre el derecho de PI, la libertad de empresa y la protección de los derechos fundamentales de los usuarios
