Innovation & Product Development Meet Sera • 20 year-old junior college student • busy with school work • hardly at home • enjoys surfing the net and social networking • sends 120 messages a day to classmates and friends • hardly calls because it’s expensive The Issue The youth today are multi-dimensional. It’s as if they want to be everywhere and do everything all at once, and this makes them feel connected, and current. By having these qualities and traits, they feel that they can stand out and be known for something, which is what drives them to do all these things. I need more! They need to know what everyone is doing, at the same time they want everyone to know what they are doing, and feel that what they’re doing is interesting and worth talking about.
