To think about………. • Motivation requires a degree of anxiety and arousal for optimum performance. • Some stress is good stress. • Worrying about when to get started, and procrastination all activate the stress response system – but if you don’t do any work then the body wont return to its resting state. • This is bad stress. • Plan now; start early.

  3. Sound advice • Eat properly- veg and fruit with breakfast everyday starting today!! • Exercise at least 30 mins each day- swim, walk….whatever. • No all nighters!! • Ask questions. • Talk about your worries.

To do……. • Thu 14th April : Bio LOA Possible Questions Review – HW: prepare Cognitive/ Sociocultural questions • Mon 18th April Cog LOA Possible Questions Review • Tues 19th April : Sociocultural LOA Possible Questions Review – HW: Prepare LAQ questions • Mon 25th Abnormal Possible Questions Review • Tues 26th Last Lesson Final Review

Reviews sessions • CLASS TIME:– April 14, 18,19,25,26 • TUTORIAL TIME REVIEW SESSIONS: • Come to my classroom any day after school, or arrange to come in a free period (G, A, E) to go through the questions you have prepared. • It is highly recommended that you come at least 3 times (for the three LOAs/Abnormal) • REVIEW AFTERNOON: Sunday 1st of May – 3.00pm – 6.00pm- Sunday afternoon review afternoon at Mrs. Voigt’s house
