  2. Composer, pianist, artist Napoleon Orda- Belarus He was a musician, pianist, composer and artist. He lived in the 19th century.

  3. MikhaelLomonosov- Russia Mikhael Lomonosov is the father of the Russian science, an outstanding poet, the founder of Russian literature. He was born in1711 in Arkhangelsk . Lomonosov was a physicist, a painter, an astronomer, a geographer, a historian and statesman. Lomonosov was the founder of the first Russian University, this University is named after Lomonosov and it is situated in Moscow. M. Lomonosov was generally recognized as one of the most outstanding persons in the world in the 18th century.Lomonosov Moscow State University

  4. Yuri Gagarin-Russia It was the first time in history that the Russian spaceship "Vostok" with the man on board was in space. After his flight he visited many countries and saw millions of people. Gagarin became a Hero of our country. He died in 1968, but people always remember the first Russian cosmonaut

  5. Humberto Delgado- Portugal Humberto da Silva Delgado was born in 1906 in Torres Novas. His education began by attending the Military College, having completed his studies in 1922.He participated actively in the military movement of May 28, 1926, which later led to the New State. Years later broke with the regime of Salazar, appearing in 1958 as a candidate for president, with the opponent Américo Tomás. After an active campaign, where he won popular support, was ultimately defeated, although both he and the opposition in general have never accepted the results.The "General Fearless" as it was celebrated, had to go into exile, having never yet failed to conduct actions against the regime.He was shot and murdered iin 1965, near Badajoz. He was a freedom fighter.

  6. Francisco Sá Carneiro- Portugal Francisco Sá carneiro was prime Minister of Portugal back in 1980. He died in a plane accident.

Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan al Nahyan- U.A.E He was the ruler of Abu Dhabi since 1966 until his death in 2004.The most important achievement was his effort to establish the United Arab Emirates, on the second of December 1971. Since that date he was elected the president of the United Arab Emirates. Sheikh Zayed was selected “Man of Environment” in 1993. He worked hard for the well-being of his people.
