E-Tutor的角色与定位 • 信息提供者/访问授权者 Information Provider/Access Enabler: The tutor provides information on resources and procedures. They encourage learners to take appropriate learning and refer them for more in-depth assessment or guidance as necessary. The tutor will also refer the learner to other agencies if appropriate. • 初始评价者 Initial Assessor: The tutor explores learner's needs and interests and preferred style of learning. E-Tutor的角色与定位 • 建议和指导提供者 Advice and Guidance Provider: The tutor will explores the learner's needs, interests and preferred style of learning. They will identify the learner's aspirations, barriers to learning, levels of computer literacy and any special or basic skills needs. E-Tutor的角色与定位 • 学习促进者 Learning Facilitator: The tutor will initiate, monitor and review learning. They will maintain regular contact with learner either face-to-face, online, or both. They will provide support and encourage learning. The tutor will undertake an ongoing review and assessment of learning to make sure the learner is proceeding satisfactorily and individual learning needs are being met. The tutor will update the learning plan as appropriate, identify problems and issues and advise the learner on solutions.
