  3. THE FUTURE • SHADOW PROCESS: STARTS IN THE SPRING • 2014-2015 BOARD INTEREST MEETING: 11/17 8:00PM (BEFORE REHEARSAL) • NOMINATIONS: FRIDAY 11/22 DURING DRESS REHEARSAL BREAK • ELECTIONS: December 3rd at last general meeting

PRIORITY POINTS • 1 POINT = ATTENDING 2/3 MEETINGS • 2ND POINT = PARTICIPATING IN 3 COMMITTEES OR COMMUNITY SERVICE EVENTS • SHOW COMMITTEE • PR COMMITTEE • COMMUNITY SERVICE COMMITTEE • COMMUNITY SERVICE EVENTS • WILL BE OUT DURING REHEARSAL WEEK (SEE DEANNA WITH QUESTIONS!) • Initial next to your name if you want points!!!!

  5. DVD’S • IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ORDER A DVD OF THE SHOW, ORDER ONE WITH DEANNA AFTER THE MEETING • $2, YOU WILL GET THEM BEFORE WINTER BREAK • KNOW YOUR MSC (NOT CWID) • IF YOU DONT HAVE MONEY TONIGHT, LAST CHANCE TO PRE-ORDER ONE MONDAY OF REHEARSAL WEEK (FIND DEANNA)

Community service • Community service committee: sign up with anna at end of the meeting • COMMITTEE MEETING: TUESDAY 11/19 AT 9:00PM, • Events: • Collection – bring in a children’s book • If you participated in st.judes, talk to anna • If you went to the hunger walk and couldnt find us, talk tO Deanna

Show committee • Sign ups are tonight!! • Sign up with Jaclyn at the end of the meeting • Before the show: Cant be in the first 3 dances • Intermission: cant be in last 3 numbers act I or first 3 numbers in act ii • We need at least 40 of you • SHOW COMMITTEE MEETING: MONDAY 11/18 AT 9:00PM • APPAREL WILL BE HANDED OUT SUNDAY OF REHEARSAL WEEK

  8. tickets • You have one last chance to buy presale tickets • Wednesday, November 20th from 9:00pm – 10:30pm in the breezeway • Prices: • Student/children/seniors: $7 presale/ $8 at the door • CAN USE MARIST MONEY FOR ONE STUDENT TICKET • General admission: $12 presale/ $14 at the door • **if you bring a book for the collection at the door, your ticket will be reduced to presale price**

REHEARSAL WEEK (IS 400% MANDATORY) • SUNDAY 11/17- 9:15PM IN THE MCCANN ARENA • 2 MINUTES TO STAGE, RUN THE DANCE ONCE • THEME: TIE DYE • NEW BOARD INTEREST MEETING: 8:00PM • MONDAY 11/18- 9:15PM IN THE NEW DANCE STUDIO! (FIRST FLOOR OF STUDENT CENTER) • RUN THE SHOW BACKWARDS, EACH DANCE GOES TWICE • THEME: CLASS COLOR WARS (SENIORS RED, JUNIORS PURPLE, SOPHS BLUE, FROSH GREEN) • SHOW COMMITTEE MEETING 9:00PM • $2 IF YOU WANT TO PRE-ORDER A DVD OF THE SHOW • TUESDAY 11/19- 9:15PM IN THE student CENTER DANCE STUDIO • RUN THE SHOW FROM BEGINNING, OPTION TO STAGE THEN RUN OR RUN TWICE • COSTUMES!!!!!!!!! • COMMUNITY SERVICE MEETING 9:00PM

REHEARSAL WEEK CONT. • WEDNESDAY 11/20: HAPPY DAY OFF! • IF YOU STILL NEED TICKETS, ON SALE FROM 9:00-10:30PM IN THE CHAMP BREEZEWAY • THURSDAY 11/21: 9:15PM IN THE STUDENT CENTER DANCE STUDIO • RUN THE SHOW THROUGH TWICE (1-29, REPEAT) • BE IN FULL COSTUMES, PRACTICING QUICK CHANGES, CHECKING IN WITH STAGE MANAGER • FRIDAY 11/22: DRESS REHEARSAL AT PHS 5:30PM-12:00AM • PLEASE BE AT PHS ON TIME • STAGING, LIGHTING, DRESS REHEARSAL • GO THROUGH LIGHTING, BREAK, RUN SHOW THROUGH

  11. DRESS REHEARSAL- 11/22 at PHS DO YOU NEED A BUS? DO YOU NEED TO BE FED? • Sign up with Kelsey obrien • ACT i: be in the MIDRISE LOT AT 4:30pm (bus I) • acT ii/3:30 CLASS: be in the midrise lot at 5:00pm (bus 2) • Bus will take you back to campus after rehearsal • PRE-ORDER PIZZA WITH KELSIE Sprague • $2/SLICE, SIGN UP WITH HER Sun-Thurs of rehearsal week IF YOU ARE DRIVING, PLEASE DRIVE WITH A FRIEND!

  12. Bus schedule to the show Saturday 11/23 • ALL dancers be in Midrise lot by 2:15pm for pickup • Dancers driving to the show: get there at 3:00pm Sunday 11/24 • ALL dancers be in Midrise lot by 12:00 noon for pickup • Dancers driving to the show: get there at 12:30pm Please be on time!!!
