Not drinking enough water affects your immune system, causes digestive problems, excess fat, chronic fatigue and many other health problems.

Challenges • The initial lack of recognition would be one of the challenges. • Lack of awareness would be a problem. • Economic situation and spending power of the customers is also a big challenge. • The biggest challenge would be the increasing fuel prices which are the cause of increase in electricity and transportation prices.

  11. Market Analysis • The initial target market for our SDWS is the consumer group living in different societies in Sukkur, Sindh, Pakistan. These people have an average income of Rs. 100,000. • The total size of the market is 1000 families with expenditure of more than 1000 million per year.

  12. Marketing Strategy The marketing will be face to face using influential people and asking them to cooperate besides awareness seminars will also be exercised.

  13. Analysis of Competition There is a very high competition in bottled water but almost no competition in water supply category in the city. There are is a government based water supply mechanism but it’s not at par with SDWS. However, SDWS with its pure existence is likely to swipe the competition away.
