HOW TO INCREASE THE MOTIVATION FOR PARTICIPATION OF MORE EUROPEAN CANDIDATES • Asking the national societies to persuade the committees responsible for doctors’ employment that EBE diploma is an important qualification • As a first step to achieve this goal is to officially accept the EBE diploma as equal to the national one • To standardize the level of the exam and to increase its reputation in order to become a well esteemed worldwide qualification (this needs time, continuous evaluation, effort and dedication)
