  1. How To Stay Motivated When You Lack Confidence? Maybe the online course you signed up for isn’t what you initially thought it was. Or, maybe you’ve bitten off more than you can chew. Regardless of the reason, we all know that bad jobs can hurt our confidence. Are you losing confidence because you feel your hard work isn’t paying off? Here’s how to stay motivated when times are rough: Focus on the end goal: If you want lasting motivation, focus on actions and not the results. Start giving your full attention to the present moment and not about the end goal. This habit can help you stay motivated and experience a sense of self-worth. Two researchers, Ayelet Fishbach and Jinhee Choi from the University of Chicago and Korea University Business School conducted a study about the importance of focusing on goals. They divided the students into two groups; one concentrating on their end goal and the other, focusing on the process itself like stretching, warming up, etc. At the end of the study, the group that focused on the process fared better than the one that focused on the end goal. Commitment: You have to commit yourself to becoming a lifelong learner and get feedback from people you trust and respect. This helps you to always stay on track. Help someone else: Whenever you feel down and de-motivated, try helping someone else. Take a look around; there’s always someone who could do with a little encouragement, support or some appreciation. It doesn’t have to be a huge, monumental act; it could be something simple, a genuine effort to help. One of the best ways to stay rooted in your own happiness is to help somebody else who is facing a similar problem. Ask for help: There’s nothing wrong with seeking help. Speak to friends and family if you are feeling down. If assignments or tests are a source of worry, hire an online class tutor! At Take My Online Class Now, we have helped countless students who contact us to ask - ‘can you do my homework for me?’ We can help you improve your academic grades. The secret to success is persistence and hard work. As the Japanese proverb rightly summarizes effort – fall seven times, stand up eight. Author Bio: The Author manages an online class help website. He helps students manage their online assignments and tests.
