  2. Princess Fairy Joanna the Ball PlayerOnce upon a time… there was a fairy princess named Joanna Marie. She was raised in a fairy kingdom with her girly three sisters and her dad, the king. Princess Joanna was the most athletic and determined of them all. One day Princess Joanna asked her dad, “Why can’t I go outside to play with other children.” Her father said,“ There are a lot of witches after our kingdom. 2.

  3. Princess Joanna said, “I want to play with others and experience the world.” “No! he replied. We need your powers to defeat the evil witches. All of your powers will be gone if they touch you.” Joann ignored her father’s wishes and left the kingdom.When her father discovered that she had left the kingdom, he yelled, “NO!” He immediately summoned the royal guards to go search for her. Joanna disguised herself by putting her hair under a baseball cap and taking her earrings off. 3.

  4. During her walk she saw some boys playing with a ball in a hoop. Joanna walked up to the boys and asked in a deep voice, “What are you playing?” The boys raised their eyes looking surprised and sighed, “AhAHAH, huh”! Johanna said confidently disguising her voice to sound like a boy, “May I have a try?” After looking at one another, one boy said, “Okay.” Joanna remembered playing in the palace alone outside with a ball. She just did what she would normally do, at home in the yard alone. She grabbed the ball and leaped 4.

  5. so high she dunked the ball in the hoop. All you Could hear from the boys was sounds of amazement. “Aww, Wow! Did you see that?” One of the boys asked. When she came down from the dunk the boys surrounded and asked her the question, “How did you do that?” Joanna said, “I know how to play the game but I just didn’t know the name.” 5.

  6. Joanna began to take bow because she knew she did something that all had admired. However, she had forgotten she had on a baseball cap and IT CAME OFF! Princess Joanna stood up from the bow her cover was blown. All the boys recognized her as Princess Joanna. The boys yelled, “I am sorry Princess Joanna, I am sorry, we did not know.” Princess Joanna smiled, “That’s okay, I didn’t want you to know who I was. I wanted to make friends and see how others live.” 6.

  7. By this time hundreds of guardsmen surrounded them. “Grab her!” one said. They grabbed me while my new friends watched. AllI could think about is, “I didn’t do all of this for nothing. So, I said loudly, “I will go if my friends can come too.” The head guardsmen shook his head, “Yes” to the others. He agreed so I would go back to the palace calmly. 7.

  8. While back at the palace I could see my father waiting for me at the gates. “Joanna, Joanna, he called. Are you alright?” “Yes, father I am fine. I want my new friends to come play with me.” Why, yes my daughter, why yes indeed,” he replied. I turned to my friends and said, “Come on everyone, let’s go play BASEBALL.” 8

  9. The boys laughed and said, “Princess Joanna you mean BASKETBALL!” They all started laughing hysterically. Princess Joanna lived happily ever after because she was determined to live her life with friends. The End
