  2. Who we are? The Commission of Freedoms and Computer Science is an Association that, from 1990, works in Spain for the defense of the fundamental right to the Protection of Information ofPersonal Character Data with the aim to sensitize citizens, companiesand Administrations of the importance that has to fulfill the regulation and the principles of this matter. Members The CLIis integrated besides forexperts and persons who are been interested by this aim, for the following organizations: ALI (Association Engineers and Technical Engineers in Computer science) + APDHE (Association Pro Human Rigts of Spain) + FADSP (Federation of Associations of Defense of the Public Health) + UGT (General Trade Union of Workers). The areas in which the privacy is affected, delimit the context in which the Association develops his works • Accumulation of information on the part of the administrations and companies • Without social debate or of very low intensity • With little information from the administrations • With few coordination to European level Presentation of the CLI in the Stakeholder consultation, Vienna, 21-22 February 2012

  5. What is done later by the information of the persons? • Service to the citizen • Clinical Digital history • Electronic recipe • Electronic access of the citizens to the information • Electronic identity card • …. An example of the experience of the Association CLI in the field of the formation and information: • PROJECT CLI-PROMETEO • PROJECT FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS DESTINED TO PROMOTE FROM THE SCHOOL THE USE OF THE NEW TECHNOLOGIES OF THE INFORMATION AND, AT THE SAME TIME, TO AROUSE ON THE PROTECTION OF INFORMATION OF PERSONAL CHARACTER Presentation of the CLI in the Stakeholder consultation, Vienna, 21-22 February 2012

Why have we developed this Project? • The minors and many parents neither know what is the information of personal character nor feel the need to protect her. • Undoubtedly, the social cap most unprotected in this area is composed by the minors and teenagers.
