  2. PETS • OUT OF CONCERN FOR THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF PETS, THE YATES COUNTY FAIR AGRICULTURE SOCIETY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS ON THEIR FAIRGROUNDS. • SPECIALLY TRAINED GUIDE DOGS FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED FOE GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. • GUIDE ANIMALS MUST HAVE PROPER IDENTIFICATION.

  3. LOST AND FOUND • LOST AND FOUND IS LOCATED AT THE FAIR OFFICE • THE YATES COUNTY FAIR AGRICULTURE SOCIETY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VALUABLES OR ANY OTHER ITEM NOT SECURED OR LOST AT THE FAIRGROUNDS OR ON A RIDE. • PLEASE REPORT ANY LOST ARTICLES TO THE MAIN OFFICE.

  4. REFUND POLICY • ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON GATE ADMISSION • FOR SAFETY REASONS, SOME RIDES MAY CLOSE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS. • THE OWNERS OF THE RIDE OUTFIT MAKES THE CALL ON CLOSING RIDES DUE TO WEATHER. • THE YATES COUNTY FAIR AGRICULTURE SOCIETY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFIED AND OR MOVE SCHEDULED EVENTS AFTER THE RELEASED TO RADIO AND TO THE NEWSPAPER.

  5. FAIR SECURITY • ALL EMERGENCY CONCERNS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO ANY FAIR BOARD MEMBERS. • LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT ARE ON THE FAIRGROUNDS. • PLEASE GO TO OUR MAIN OFFICE FOR ANY MEDICAL, EMERGENCY CONCERNS.

PERSONEL ANNOUNCEMENTS • THE YATES COUNTY FAIR AGRICULTURE SOCIETY RECEIVES MANY REQUESTS DURING THE COUNTY FAIR TO PAGE PEOPLE. • DUE TO THE EXICTMENT, FAIR NOISE AND GRANDSTAND EVENTS WE CAN’T BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR MESSAGES NOT BEING RELAY TO YOUR PARTY. • WE WILL PAGE OVER OUR PA SYSTEM AS TIME ALLOWS.

ADMISSION / POLICIES • ADMISSION TO THE FAIR IS $10.00 PER PERSON. • YOUR ADMISSION INCLUDES FREE PARKING, ALL GRANDSTAND EVENTS, MIDWAY RIDES, 4H SHOWS, FREE ACTS AND LIVE MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT. • ALL CHILDREN 35” OR SMALLER DOESN’T REQUIRE AN ADMISSION FEE. • ALL FAIRGOERS WANTING TO RIDE THE RIDES MUST OBTAIN A WRISTBAND FROM THE TICKET BOOTH LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE RIDES. • YOU MUST SHOW YOUR DAILY TICKET TO THE ATTENDENTS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN YOUR WRISTBAND. • RE-ENTRY TO THE FAIRGROUNDS WHEN YOU LEAVE REQUIRES A RIDE WRISTBAND OR HAND STAMP OF THE DAY. • YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY AN ADMISSON FEE OF $10.00 IF YOU CAN’T PRODUCE YOUR WRISTBAND OR THE STAMP.
