  2. What I have learnt • Include- • Sports you have completed • Gymnastics, Netball • Games and Activities you have completed • Gymnastics – vaulting, partner balances, floor routine • Netball – 2v1 exercise, 3v3 exercise, marking games • Memories from the activity – • The gymnastics unit could’ve been shorter – I found the floor routine unnecessary and took a long period of time to prepare. • The netball unit could’ve been longer because it was very fun and it was also my first time playing netball. I hope we had more time to play netball and develop even more skills throughout the unit.

  3. Learner Profile Links • What Learner Profile points have you been able to demonstrate in the units of work? • Risk-takers I was a beginner in gymnastics and was not one bit experienced. I learnt many new skills in gymnastics. When I saw the springboard and the vaults, I was very nervous and thought to myself that I would crash into the vaults. I finally got the courage to jump, and I made it over the vault. • Communication During the netball unit, communication was a very important element. I had to call out to my friends to ask for the ball, and I would also call out to my teammates to tell them to receive a pass. • Reflective During the gymnastics unit, I had to learn many skills from lessons to be able to complete my floor routine. We had to include many balances, rolls and jumps that we had learnt in the lessons.

  4. What I can do to improve • What must you do to improve your level. • This can include- • Skills to improve • To improve my gymnastics skills, I should learn about different safety precautions to take in order to be safe while learning different jumps, balances and rolls. I should also practice more in the balances because sometimes I lost balance and that caused my floor routine not to look aesthetic. • To improve my level in netball, I should have better communicating skills because sometimes I was in a good position but did not call out for the ball and caused my team to lose control of the ball. • Listening to the teachers/following instructions • Practising more • Attending
