  33. Long distance remote system Fibre Optical JVC exclusive model To meet the long distance remote system demand, a fiber optical remote system for GY-HM790 will be developed. All signals will be passed via an internal interface of GY-HM790 to avoid clumsy external wiring. There will be several variations of this system; with and without remote power and with different connectors. The remote powered version will allow for a cable distance of up to 500m with a power module. A model with locally powered camera and tactical fiber cables will cover a range of up to 10km

  34. Blu-Ray Recorders

  35. New Blu-Ray Combo Decks • Ingest from various Camcorder Formats HDV and AVCHD • Accepts Content from SDHC card, IEEE1394, USB and Analog • Live Recording through IEEE1394 • BDAV and BDMV (Blu-Ray with Menu) Authoring • Simple Cut Editing Functionality • User generated backgrounds ingest via image import

  36. SR-HD1500/1250 Features against Panasonic etc. • HDV signal input capability in 25 and 19 Mbit/s • With this function you can ingest content from any HDV camcorder like GY-HD1xx, GY-HD2xx and Sony e.g. FX1, Z1… and Canon XL-H1, XL-A1…The consumer machines do not support this. • This input is also the key to Live Recording. You can: • Connect a Firewire IEEE1394 cable from a camera directly or • Use a converter like the Roland VC-50HD to convert HDSDI to HDV and record the resulting signal • BDAV and BDMV Authoring • This allows you to create Blu-Ray discs with nice menus. Consumer units only support BDAV where you get only a listing of the files on the disc. • MOV import from SDHC (SR-HD1500 only) • This allows you to ingest footage from GY-HM100 directly

  37. Bundle SR-HD1250 + GZ-HM1 • Full JVC Solution • The easiest way to get a Blu-Ray Recording from a Scene to a Disc • Attractively priced < € 3000,-- • 64 GB SSD (Solid State Disk) Built in, No need for SDHC Card • Modern AVCHD Blu-Ray Native Compression • SDHC card slot for extra recording time • Good image stabilizer • Excellent resolution • USB 2.0 connector • Full HD solution 1920x1080
