Chinese Medicine Carnival Project Leader Mr. SUN Feng Clinical Division, School of Chinese Medicine External Partner TsimShaTsui District Kaifong Welfare Association Project Summary This project aims to transfer expertise of the University to society and benefit the general public via a series of activities in a Chinese Medicine Carnival.  The Carnival delivers abstruse knowledge of Chinese Medicine and health care concepts to the elderly in laymen's terms.  Through the knowledge transfer, it intends to not only enhance individuals' Chinese Medicine knowledge, but also improve the health quality especially for the elderly.  After the event, the participants are expected to avoid the common misconceptions about Chinese Medicine and to distinguish counterfeit Chinese herbs, as well as transfer the practical knowledge to a broader community.
