  2. 更换西冷泵造成气压短时间上升到0.1atm量级。 内衬烘烤:约14天连续 感应烘烤(共80h50’) D2-GDC 25h40’ He-GDC 49h15’ 11月7日封窗口开始抽气;11月8日开始烘烤。 放电前真空状态 • 极限压强<3E-5Pa (达到春季实验水平); • 质谱32峰明显下降; • 出气为主,壁处理有效。 内衬烘烤共约1.5天 感应烘烤(共33h20’) D2-GDC 3h25’ He-GDC 16h35’

  3. 等离子体击穿 79799 2nd Day D2 (Nov25) 79811 1st He pulse (Nov25) 79949 1st D2 pulse (Nov26) 79968 before ICR cleaning 放电较快表现出电感特性。反映前期壁处理提供了必要的放电调试壁条件。

  4. ICR cleaning效果 79949 1st D2 pulse (Nov26) 80020 before ICR cleaning 80021 after ICR cleaning 恢复D放电后,击穿电压渐低,波头杂质辐射渐降。 ICR清洗后调试进程明显加快,但在各诊断的波头部分未见明显改善效果。 在缺乏实时质谱检测情况下,真空全/分压强测量难以给出壁条件信息。

  5. LHW效果 80359 w/o LHW 80353 with LHW 再循环维持密度。 此功率条件下,未见LHW出气效果。

  6. 诊断 Ha, Pd, Vis,OII等信号是PSI实验重要依据。
