  3. How to install JSA Gram Sabha App Open Google Play Store app on your mobile Click on the Install button Enter ‘JSA Gram Sabha in the search bar Wait for the App to be downloaded and installed Click on the JSA Gram Sabha App JSA Gram Sabha App Play Store

  4. How to register user in Mobile App Sarpanch/ Gram Sachiv’s mobile number must be registered in GPDP portal. Enter the relevant Sarpanch Name Enter the mobile number of the user Click on Update button Go to https://gpdp.nic.in/ Login using Block-level credentials Click on Update Sarpanch Details Update Sarpanch/ Gram Sachiv Details page

How to use JSA Gram Sabha App User registration is done through the GPDP web application The app require some permissions such as Location, click on Allow button to proceed Sarpanch / Panchayat Secretary is allowed to submit JSA Gram Sabha details Internet connectivity is mandatory for submitting meeting details App Permissions Login page

  6. How to use JSA Gram Sabha App An OTP Code will be generated and sent as an SMS on the registered mobile number The user must select his/her GP, enter his/her registered mobile number and click on the Generate OTP button OTP message Generate OTP

How to use JSA Gram Sabha App Enter the OTP Code as received in the verification SMS and click on Submit button On clicking the icon, the Language options shall be displayed JSA Gram Sabha details can be submitted only once. The app will verify the OTP and allow the user to login On selection of the language option, the page will be refreshed and displayed in the selected language Language Selection Submit OTP

  8. How to use JSA Gram Sabha App The registered user name will be populated automatically By default, the Meeting Datewill be 24th August 2019. By clicking the icon, the date can be changed to either 25th or 26th August Enter the Total no. of participants. No. of women participants can be equal to or less than the total count Select the radio button Yes for JSA Category discussed during the meeting. A text box will appear. Enter brief description of discussion in textbox. Meeting Details page

  9. How to use JSA Gram Sabha App Click on Take Photo icon to open the camera app and capture geo-tagged meeting photos. Long Press the Take Photo icon to delete the captured photo. Minimum one meeting photo is mandatory for submitting the meeting details. Click on Take More Photos button to capture more JSA-related photos [optional]. Click on Submit button to submit the captured details with GPDP web application. [Internet connectivity is required] Meeting Details page

How to use JSA Gram Sabha App On clicking the icon, the Language options shall be displayed On clicking the icon, the menu pane shall be displayed Click on Play Tutorial Video option to open the tutorial video On selection of the language option, the page will be refreshed and displayed in the selected language Click on Logout option to log out of the mobile app Menu pane Language screen

  11. Moderation of uploaded photo User with Block-level access will login to GPDP web portal And click on the JSA Moderate Image link

  12. Moderation of uploaded photos All the data captured and uploaded through mActionSoft will be available on this page The approved photos will be reflected under JSA Campaign on GPDP home page
