EL-Civics Application Must complete - • ALL parts of the application with the appropriate signature • Part 4:09-10 Federal EL Civics Grant Budget Detail • Part 5:09-10 Total Adult Education Budget Summary • Part 8: Anticipated Tuition & Fees Budget Detail page (if applicable) • Part 9: Anticipated Local Share Budget Detail page (if applicable)

  5. EL-Civics Narrative Needs and Priorities • Identify the limited English proficient population to be served • Specify needs and priorities of target population • Describe how the applicant plans to serve the most in need of EL-Civics education
