  9. 10th Anniversary! J-STAGE的10年 - 目标转化为成果 2009年10月, J-STAGE迎来了第一个10周年。J-STAGE致力于以下3方面工作,并取得实效。 J-STAGE celebrated its ten-year anniversary on Oct. 2009. It has devoted to and achieved mainly in the following aspects. ◇支持日本国内重点杂志的电子出版 Supporting e-publishing of the leading journals in Japan ◇推动日语杂志的电子出版 Promoting e-publication of the academic journals in Japanese language ◇加快日本国内科研成果的国际传播, 增强影响力 Disseminating the outstanding research and development results to the world instantaneously 9

  10. J-STAGE 收录杂志 (Journal collection) Over 700 journals, 125 conference proceedings, with 1,600,000 articles currently available (+Journal@rchive) (As of 15. April 2010) 10

J-STAGE的主要成员(学会) Main publisher societies of J-STAGE 日本化学会 应用物理学会 日本机械学会 日本土木学会 电气学会 日本内科学会 日本药学会等等 The Chemical Society of Japan The Japan Society of Applied Physics The Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers Japan Society of Civil Engineers The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan The Japanese Society of Internal Medicine The Pharmaceutical Society of Japan etc. 利用J-STAGE的不仅仅是大型学会, 还包括许多中小型特色学会 今年4月,美国Thomson Reuters 基本科学指标ESI统计结果表明,J-STAGE的成员、光敏聚合物研究会(会议)出版的 Journal of Photopolymer Science and Technology 在化学领域的新参加的杂志中，是被引率最高的杂志 (见下文) Not only the large societies but also small ones utilize J-STAGE and succeed in the e-publishing oftheir journals and proceedings. Such as the Journal of Photopolymer Science and Technology which is published a research group CPST. The journal is highly evaluated according to the ESI cited stats.   17. 长期保存学术财产-过刊的电子化及免费公开 Archiving the back issues of academic journals from its first issue 除支持学会发行电子期刊外, 为保存日本国内的学术财产，JST还启动了过刊电子化、网上公开的Journal@rchive 工程。日本国内发行600余种杂志(从创刊号到现刊),论文全数字化。现已完成500余种, 约120万论文网上免费公开 JST also helped societies digitized the back issues of Japanese academic journals (mainly J-STAGE journals) and make them online available at Journal@rchive, now there is over 500 journals with 1.2M papers.   27. 总结　Summary • 维持欧洲、美国、亚洲3个世界性中心的平衡共进非常重要 • A good development balance among U.S.,EU and Asia is an important postulate • 不能过度依赖欧美体制, 亚洲必须有自己科技信息服务平台 • Asia should have its own platforms (home ground) for scienceinformation publication for avoiding the excessive dependency on the foreign commercial publishers • 维护日本学术的独立性，必须有国内学术出版的国家平台 • A national integrated system is indispensable as to disseminate • Japanese scientific information and reserve the intellectual properties • 在维护一个国家科技进步及特有文化的角度而言, 非英语论文的重要性无可置疑 • Publishing the non-English (native language) academic journals is undoubtedly an important task in developing the country’s science research and culture 27
