OBJECTIVE • This training need assessment survey is conducted to evaluate the current facilities at the college level in Pakistan with specific objective of introducing governance related courses. • Research focuses on availability of Teaching Faculty and College infrastructure, such as class rooms, Library, level and degree of education offered and academic disciplines etc.

DISCUSSION • Limitations of the Study • DATA PRESENTATION • SURVEY FORM – A • College Ownership • Degree Programs • Academic Discipline • Medium of Instruction • Gender-wise Distribution of students • Availability of class rooms and Library • Data is presented on the regional / provincial basis.

SURVEY FORM – B • Number of Teachers in Pakistan Studies • Teaching Faculty engaged in teaching Pakistan Studies • Pakistan studies Teachers (Qualification wise) • Presence of Arts / Social Sciences Discipline in Colleges • Teaching faculty in Arts / Social Science • M. Phil / Ph. D in Social Sciences • M. Phil / Ph. D Subject wise • Additional Training / Qualification of Teaching Faculty • Teaching Faculty with relevant degrees. Data is presented on Pakistan level however, wherever it is seems necessary data presented on regional level as well.
