  2. Just a Small Sampling I have been photographing homes, landscapes, highways & by ways, nature and science nearly all my life. And yes I do other thingsas well. Like Music, and writing. I have also realized that the Real Estate Market is coming back finally. At other times though there may be the need for showing several different locations all at one time, such as a neighborhood area where it would be better to show a choice of different styles of housing all in a specific area. In that case it would be more cost efficient for you to use the Ala Carte Package. Package 1.) The Multi Pak is specifically for your “High End” Real Estate Properties aka: “Big Ticket” Real Estate. If you are looking to put together a 1st Rate Slide Show for this kind of property, than the Multi Pak is the right choice for you as it allows me to spend time taking the very best pictures at the right angles and lighting to fully demonstrate the value of this property. I am flexible, but still hold to the ethic that any job done should be done right. I could of course just sell pictures ala carte all day, but I would rather win your trust and thus more business from you and referrals. Word of Mouth is always the best way to grow a business. So I limit the number of houses I do per day to guarantee quality of service.

  4. Fees for Work Multi Pak: • I charge $100.00 for up to ten photographs per address.  YOU specify how much detail you want, including: • Full Front • Angle Shots (for Corner Lots.) • House Specialty Shots. (Picture Windows, “Period Porches” etc.) • Back and sides of house (with written permission for access to property.) Ala Carte: • $20 each “Single Home” Full FrontPhotographs. • Limit of five houses per day.
