  2. Purpose and Administrationof Climate Survey . The purpose of the survey was to gather information about the opinions of each group and the KCC community as a whole on various topics of importance.

  3. Purpose and Administrationof Climate Survey This information will be used to improve processes and procedures and serve as a framework for new initiatives as part of KCC’s continuous improvement efforts.

  4. Response Rate • A total of 213 surveys were distributed to administration, faculty and supportive staff. • A total of 145 employees responded (68.1%).
