  1. In this picture, I am in my ready position to throw the shot put. My hand and the ball is not touching my neck, which would cause me to throw the ball, not shoot it. If I had put the ball next to my neck, it would also make it easier to throw and give me more stability. To improve this matter, I should simple practice more and also review my starting stance before I shoot.

  2. The picture shows me in my throwing stance. My feet is well placed in a rectangle and my waist and leg is well twisted. This gives me stability and more power because of the strong stance and more turn and time for acceleration and concentrating my power. I could improve this if I use the method where I swap my foot positions with each other which gives me extra power and twist.

  3. In this picture, my feet is above the ground. From the previous picture I have showed, my arm was not touching my neck and so when I threw the shot put, it made me loose stability and my shot would have gone diagonally and also it would loose power. To improve this I should also simply practice more and also review my stance before throwing
