  2. When: Saturday, April 12, 2014 Where: Elberton Country Club Time: 8:00p.m.-11:30p.m. Cost: $25 per ticket

  3. PROM EVENTS • "Light Up the Night" will host a Senior Walk at 8p.m. at the Elberton Country Club- All seniors will receive a complimentary 5x7 photo courtesy of the Junior Class. (Parents are welcome to attend.) • $500 prize giveaway - All juniors and seniors attending prom will be placed in a drawing to receive $500, courtesy of local businesses. The drawing will be held at 10p.m. You must be present to win. • Main Street Elberton in conjunction with McIntosh Coffee is hosting an International Prom Dinner. The dinner is by reservation only. Tickets are $20 per person. Tickets can be purchased from Mrs. Franklin in E8. Students who purchase tickets will be entered into a drawing for a guy to win a free tux rental & corsage and a girl to win a manicure/pedicure & boutonniere. Tickets must be purchased by April 4th. • Prom pictures will be taken outside at the Elberton Country Club with a picturesque view of the greens. Listen to announcements for times. • Prom King & Queen and Prom Prince & Princess voting will be held when you purchase tickets. This year Juniors will be able to vote for the Prom Prince and Princess.

  4. Criteria for attending prom: All juniors and seniors may attend prom if they pay the required fees. Owed fees must be paid to attend prom. Dress code must be followed. Elberton Education Center (EEC) students may not attend prom. Students with 20+ unexcused absences 2nd Semester must pay $5 per absence to attend prom. Attendees must at least be in 9th grade and no older than 20 years of age. ID will be required.

  5. Prom Tickets Prom tickets are on sale. All tickets purchased before March 14th will be entered into a drawing for free prom tickets. Two lucky couples, or four individuals, will receive free prom tickets courtesy of the Junior Class. Tickets can be purchased during all lunches and before and after school in Mrs. Franklin’s room, E8. Tickets will be $25 per person Older guests or guests from another school will be required to complete an application for approval by prom sponsor. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DANCE.

  6. Dress Code Dress attire must be formal for the prom. Dresses must conceal the midriff and abdomen. Dresses must not expose the sides. Dresses must not have a plunging neckline and conceal the bosom area. Dresses must not expose the back any lower than the waist. Dresses must not have slits higher than mid-thigh. Anyone wearing an immodest dress will not be allowed admission to the dance.
