  5. Anyone who wants to become an officer next year needs to start coming to the officer meetings to see what happens!The officer meetings are on the Tuesdays that there is not a full LSSC meeting (the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays) at the same time as the full meetings.

  6. Relay for Life • At our last meeting… • We made $128 when we drove around to businesses! • We are very proud of everyone who is continuing their fundraising and working hard! • At our next meeting, March 24th: • We will have a Guest Speaker (she is a cancer survivor) • We are going to show you how to make your relay costumes at the meeting so we can all work on them together! • Please bring a bed sheet (at Walmart – one can be used for two people) and any gold sashes or ribbon you can find if you can! • Check Dr. Crihfield’s website for relay letters to send to your family, friends and even businesses in the area

This Month’s Service Project • Save our Sea Birds (the old pelican man) • We will be: • donating plants/trees to them • doing miscellaneous work for them, likebuilding bird cages, weeding, etc. • Date and Times: March 14th • Yes! This upcoming weekend! • Times: 10-2 • It may be smart topack a lunch…

  8. Carwash! • It will be in the beginning of April • We are using it to: • Continue raising funds for Relay for Life • Put some money in the club fund • It will be at the same place and time as the last one • Date: TBA

  9. Next Meeting:March 24th See you there!!!
