Natural Athletic Skills to Help the Team Learning how to hone her natural athletic skills to help the team and succeed on the court took discipline and learning, two qualities that she still uses today in her business, an employment staffing firm in New Jersey. Tatum Sherman accredits her success in the business world to the discipline and work ethic she learned from her basketball coach and recommends everyone try a sport, not matter what their perceived skill level is.

Bouncing a Ball and Shooting Jump-Shots Tatum Sherman took to bouncing a ball and shooting jump-shots very early in life, but she needed direction to truly contribute to a college basketball team. She learned how to play well with the team and please the coach, working hard to condition herself mentally and physically for success. She took the lessons she learned to the business world, where she established a reputation for going the extra mile for all her customers.
