  7. FROM THE DROP DOWN LIST CLICK ON YOUR VENDOR AND HIT SEARCH.

  8. NOW YOU GET ALL THE ITEMS FOR THAT VENDOR. CLICK ON THE VENDOR NAME FOR THE ONE YOU WANT.

  9. HERE YOU FIND YOUR EXPIRATION DATE AND CONTRACT # THAT NEEDS TO BE PUT ON YOUR PURCHASE REQUISITION.

  10. THIS CONCLUDES THE TUTORIAL FOR FINDING AN APPROVED VENDOR ON THE BUY BOARD WEBSITE. ALL ORDERS MUST BE FAXED TO BUY BOARD FOR REVIEW, AND BUY BOARD WILL FORWARD THE ORDER ON TO THE CORRECT VENDOR.
