Requesting Access to GTS Financial Access the following website: https://mzd-2.mech.disa.mil/frames.html Under STARS Applications, click on the "GTS Financial Data" link Click on the "Request access to GTSWEB" link Complete the form accordingly Once you submit the form, you should receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email. Depending on how quickly your supervisor approves your request, the process shouldn't take more than a few days. If you have difficulty with the self-registration process, contact Technical Support for the STARS Web Accounting Portal at the following email address: ccl-mb-swap@dfas.mil. Additionally, there is a link for Technical Support on the STARS Web Accounting Portal home page shown above.
