  4. Quality • Dictionary Definition: • An essential or distinctive characteristic • Personality or character trait • Superiority or excellence * As defined by dictionary.com

  5. Our Definition • Overall perfection • The parts and pieces add to a perfect whole product • Best of the best

  6. Examples of Analogy using Quality • Quality is a puzzle: individually the pieces hold no significance, but when they are placed together they create a beautiful masterpiece • Comparison of Puzzle to Quality
