  3. Grade 4 • Reading: By June 2007, 76.1% or more of KSD Grade 4 students will have met learning standards in reading as measured by the Grade 4 WASL. • Math: By June 2007, 64.9% or more of KSD Grade 4 students will have met learning standards in math as measured by the Grade 4 WASL.

Addenda to Goals to Reflect Performance Success • Addenda: If the preceding target goal has been met prior to June 2007 the following goals are established: • A) By June 2007, 76.1% or more of KSD students in each of the NCLB/AYP subgroups ("cells") will have met standard in reading as measured by the Grade 4 WASL. • B) By June 2007, there will be a 10% reduction in comparison to June 2006 in the number of students not meeting standard in reading as measured by the Grade 4 WASL.

  8. Graduation For the graduating class of 2007, the extended graduation rate for KSD students will be 76.7% or greater (note Goal of 85% for 2014).
