  1. Manning currently at 100%, manned to 101% for FY16 EPA. • -Advancement opportunity will vary in comparison to ALNAV average. • CS is designated a BALANCED rate in CNAV. Refer to NAVAMIN 150/13 with questions concerning CNAV skill sets. • Convert in opportunities for YG 2006, 2008-2011. All applicants (convert in) selected for conversion by the Sub ECM are required to complete a Submarine volunteer package, pass a Submarine Physical and to be screened by PERS 403 for Submarine Duty. • Security clearance is required for this rating. Must be DONCAF Adjudicated. • ASVAB requirements IAW NAVADMIN 344/06: • AR+MK+EI+GS=200 OR VE+AR+MK+MC=200 • -SDIP • E7- $500 • -SRB • Zone A set at 3.5, 60K Tier 1
