Mr. Molloy Information • Arrival: Born May 26th 1984 at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers. • Education: Good Sheppard, Tropic Isles, Hancock Creek, Fort Myers Middle, Fort Myers High, University of Florida, Florida Gulf Coast University. • Personal: Son of Douglas Molloy and Michele Whitener, Married to MaryBeth Molloy (Oct 24), Currently working on Masters of History at FGCU (focus on early American History)

Personal History • Importance of the individual… • Everything we experience in life helps define and explain who we are. • In this writing assignment you will be asked to prepare a 2 minute presentation and write a 5 paragraph autobiography. • Why? To understand the importance of history and to comprehend the importance of the individual.

Personal History- Rubric • 20 points- Introduction, background, setting the stage to tell your life story, philosophy on life • 20 points- Family ( I know this can be difficult) • 20 points- Where are you from? Schools you went to… Experiences there? • 20 points- Any events that have had a major impact on your life…(A move, A breakup, A fight) • 20 points- “Reflection” How have your experiences made you who you are? How have they influenced your future?
