  4. The main advantages of coffee pods are its ease of use and consistent results. Grinding, proper dosing, and especially cleanup of the work area and machine are a thing of the past. Each pod can contain: 8,5 grams of ground coffee for all professional machines in cafes and restaurants and Senseo - (55 mm or 62 mm diameter) 7 grams of ground espresso coffee for OCS/LBS coffee machines - (43,5 mm diameter) 14 grams of ground espresso coffee for the double.
